Zinc Plating
Zinc is a bluish-white metal that is hard, crystalline and brittle. The metal readily oxidizes in air and gives excellent corrosion resistance particularly in conjunction with passivates and top-coats when applied to steel components as the zinc deposit corrode preferentially to the steel.
