Ferschl Tubeform

Operate from two 20’000ft² units with a range of equipment which enables us to offer rigid tube assemblies and fabricated tubular fabrications in mild steel and stainless steel tube from 6mm o.d. up to 76mm o.d.

Production facilities available are as follows:

Tube Bending
Accurate and repetitive tube bending by means of computer numerically controlled machines. Wide range of materials can be manipulated e.g. carbon and stainless steels, Aluminised,  copper and other metals. High or low volume production capability plus quick service for samples or prototypes.

Tube End Forming
Reduction,expansion, flaring , beading and other forms up to 60mm o.d.

Fabrication
The conventional range of hydraulic couplings or customers own special end fittings can be either welded or brazed onto the tube ends.
Notching, Drilling , Shotblast and Press machinery supplements the manufacturing requirements of each part.

Finish
Available protective finishes include powder or wet paint, Zinc chromate, phosphate and other electroplating specifications from our own electroplating Company Turnbull Electroplaters Ltd.

Pressure Testing
Purpose built High Pressure test rig.
