Manganese Phosphate

Manganese Phosphate – heavy film which has a high retention capacity for lubricants and rust prevention solutions.

An immersion process producing a heavyweight manganese phosphate coating on steel components,  which together with lubricants and sealants, is used for corrosion protection and as a resistance to wear, fretting and scuffing.

Applications

• With organic coatings and sealants for protection against corrosion.
• As a carrier for liquid lubricants.
• As a solid lubricant.
