The Ferschl Group of companies are based in the north east of England and provide hydraulic hoses, fittings, cater hoses and custom made hoses for all types of application such as welding, fluid transfer, hydraulics applications such as earthmoving equipment and engineering.

Turnbull Electroplaters

Operating from a factory based in Ashington, Northumberland, the company was established in 1983 by the Turnbull family and built its reputation on providing a quality finish and fast response, serving the North-East of England from Alnwick down to the North Yorkshire Border. We offer a collection and delivery service on a daily basis using our own fully covered truck. Since the middle of 2004, Turnbull Electroplaters has been part of the Ferschl Group of companies. Turnbulls provide all types of electroplating services such as manual rack plating, barrel plating, zinc plating, chrome plating, decorative chrome plating, nickel plating, copper plating, acid tin plating and chemical blacking and manganese phosphate plating.

Ferschl Tubeform

Operate from two 20’000ft² units with a range of equipment which enables us to offer rigid tube assemblies and fabricated tubular fabrications in mild steel and stainless steel tube from 6mm o.d. upto 76mm od.

Tube Bending
Accurate and repetitive tube bending by means of computer numerically controlled machines. Wide range of materials can be manipulated e.g. carbon and stainless steels, Aluminised,  copper and other metals. High or low volume production capability plus quick service for samples or prototypes.

Tube End Forming Reduction,expansion, flaring , beading and other forms up to 60mm o.d.

Fabrication
The conventional range of hydraulic couplings or customers own special end fittings can be either welded or brazed onto the tube ends.
Notching, Drilling , Shotblast and Press machinery supplements the manufacturing requirements of each part.

Finish Available protective finishes include powder or wet paint, Zinc chromate, phosphate and other electroplating specifications from our own electroplating Company Turnbull Electroplaters Ltd.
